Mood swings just follow you

People constantly try cheering you
Doesn't change a thing you experience
Sad, anxious, disturbed and agitated
What's feeling all these called?

Never happened before
So it's all the more frustrating
Don't know what's happening to you
Or if you ever gonna find you way back to the light

It's a deep abyss
This is not where you want to be
Not anyone's favourite place
